Founded in 1991 by Paul and Patty Carmichael, Quinn Marketing & Communications (QMC) started as a marketing agency geared towards serving small businesses across the Midwest. Specializing in direct mail marketing, QMC soon expanded to related areas including what is now known as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and mystery shopping. Despite the changes in services, QMC has kept the same focus: to help businesses discover how customers interact with them and to improving the customer experience to foster customer loyalty.
Over the years, QMC has continued to add new services to better meet clients’ needs, including printing, mailing, mailing list brokerage and development and full project/campaign management from conception to delivery. This umbrella of services, rare in the marketing industry, offers clients a convenient and unique “one-stop” marketing approach that reduces costs and development time.
Today QMC provides services for companies of all sizes across the United States. Although the company continues to grow, its focus remains tight: helping businesses do business better.
